A longtime professional in the construction industry, Bruce worked to guide his clients through the process of building and remodeling their homes and commercial spaces. From manufacturing and custom cabinetry, to architectural woodwork and construction, he helped clients create their living and workspaces.

In 2015, he began working with BrightBuilt Home and Kaplan Thompson Architects of Portland, leaders in the high-performance home design industry. Since that time, he’s immersed himself in the world of sustainable, net-zero, high performance building and real estate. In 2016, Kaplan became licensed to sell real estate in Maine in order to provide a higher level of service to those home buyers seeking a high performance home.
